Terms of Service

The rules and guidelines for using our platform

By creating an account on 360School, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Our subscription terms include:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice

For annual subscriptions, we offer prorated refunds if you cancel within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

When using 360School, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Our intellectual property terms include:

  • 360School and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
  • You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to our platform

  • You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without authorization

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

Our liability limitations include:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months prior to the claim
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or websites linked from our platform

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service:

  • We encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve the dispute informally
  • Any formal dispute must be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
  • The arbitration will take place in the county where our headquarters is located
  • You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit
